T.H.A.W. Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit organization formed in 2018 by a small group of Pittsburgh women concerned about the health disparities between African American women
and women of other races (or ethnicities). Since its founding, T.H.A.W., Inc. has
implemented programming that has promoted chronic disease education and intervention,
coaching in behavior change and stress reduction, lifestyle and weight loss support, and
increased access to free and low-cost physical fitness activities in the Lincoln-Lemington and
surrounding communities.

Vision Boards are great tools to streamline your focus and go after goals in 2024! Our Vision Board Party is scheduled for Saturday, January 13th, from 2-6pm.

All of the yearly readings are included
Whether you choose digital or print. Your readings will be covered with this memebership!
Book themes are selected during Vision Board Party. Members names are added to a drawing, member whose name is drawn choses a book from one of the themes. If the person does not have a book a book theme can be selected by another member.
MEALS

Meals will provided during Book Club Meetings. All meals are included in membership!
